Room was clean open up coach could use a better mattress.Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Was disappointed with a cold shot in the morning. Put in complaint at desk, did not offer to discount room. What was disappointing they were aware of the problem from before we checked in and did not inform guests.

Our check in experience was less than ideal. We got in late after a long day and with two tired, hangry kids after an 8 hour swim meet. The woman at check in couldn’t find my reservation even when I presented her with our confirmation email. She was rude and condescending and basically implied it was my fault and told me I had to deal with the problem myself. She eventually found our reservation but still put all the blame on me and never apologized for the delay or inconvenience. Beyond that our stay was fine. Clean room. Had dinner at the restaurant on premises which was very good and the staff there kind. Good breakfast in the am. Stay was good and would recommend on a whole, but hopefully the front desk help is kinder and more helpful next time around.
