Stayed for 1 night in a 2-queen bedroom 1st floor. The room was fine. Cons: The bathroom smelled of old smoke and was outdated. pictures in the main area are outdated, not many accessible outlets. The TV and remote was difficult to use (no up and down features) and had no directions. Pool was a disappointment. Not only do you have to pay a fee to swim (even when paying for a room), but it was also not well maintained, was dirty and crowded all afternoon. Pros: The main area was fine, it was clean, plank flooring. Was happy that the bed and sheets were very clean, clean smelling and fresh.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel itself has had some renovations but needs more. Pillow are little and they need new linens. Pool is nice but not worth paying extra for. We didn’t eat at the onsite restaurant but did have drinks at the bar which were good- only issue is that there was only 1 bartender in a very busy bar! Hotel is average; the staff makes is better but it is definitely in need of more upgrades.

Great stay. Frequent visitor.

Stay was great after switching my room. Hotel tried to give me a smaller room/bed vs what I booked. The first room had a broken AC, was 80 deg and none of the lights worked. Front desk corrected right away. Been here before so I was surprised at the mishap. New room was normal (great).

The AC wasn't cooling well. We set in on 65° and 3 hours later it was still registering 70°. We contacted the proper person. His bottom line was it takes a while but we could move you. By then it was 9pm and we decided to stay. The bathroom was so small I couldn't dry off after my shower without the towel hitting the toilet. Disgusting. You have to pay $8 if you want to use the pool.

Our stay was okay. A customer and an employee were having a very loud argument at the desk when we checked in. We found our air conditioning to be subpar and the hotel itself to be very noisy. The WiFi was atrocious. The room was very clear and the water pressure was strong.

I love visiting the Norwalk Inn. On Friday, it was 100 degrees, and I didn’t understand why they closed the pool area. Although we had passing showers, the day turned out to be hot and sunny. Overall, the front desk granted us a late check-out, so we were able to enjoy the pool on Saturday.
