Broken WifFi -- Dated decor

WiFi did not work during a two day stay and I was told nothing they could do and I was the only one with an issue and did I have a personal hotspot? I stayed at 4 other hotels that week and no wifi issues with them. Facility is dated in terms of decor and fixtures but cleanliness and maintenance seemed reasonable given age of property. Front desk staff friendly but that only went so far when there was no resolution to having no wifi in my room for entirety of stay.

The bed was pretty comfortable although I wish the sheets were a little softer(in a personal opinion). But the staff was very friendly and the room was very neat and clean. We paid for an early check in, didn’t like that fee in general but then being taxed separately for that, after paying tax on the room already didn’t feel right.

The hotel was okay but a little dated. In the room we stayed in for four nights (347), the funiture was a bit beat up, there was a broken cabinet in the bathroom and the air-conditioner was challenged to keep the room cooler than 75 Deg-F. The room was clean and the shower had been updated and there was good water pressure.

Booked bed types not honored

Booked two queen beds. Called at 7 pm to confirm my room upon later arrival. When I arrived just before 1 am, my family of 4 were initially give 2 full beds. We went back to the lobby and then were given another 2 full beds. In the morning, they explained that it was crazy and all the 2 queen beds were booked. However, I booked the 2 queen beds 2 weeks earlier. It doesn’t make sense.

Excellent and conveniently located, locally owned hotel. Nicely decorated rooms,. nicely kept up. A refreshing change from anodyne bland chain hotel sameness.at a most competitive price. walkind distance or very short drive to many nice restaurants. Ill opt for a bigger king room next time.
