There was no water for awhile a power failure for 4 hours, snow, closed pool, closed restaurants. Yes this all happened but it was outside of staffs control and they did a great job. Definitely stay here cause they can deal.

First time at Ballys. Felt a bit older in the casino. Room had a beautiful large bathroom. Bed was comfortable and felt safe. Walkable to other casinos and a 24 hour CVS right next door. Only negative - shower water never got warm or hot. And I ran it for over 20 mins.

Third, probably worst stay at Bally’s.

This is our third time staying at Bally’s and probably the worst experience. The shower did not get hot one night, the room wasn’t super cleaned when we checked in. They don’t salt or remove the ice on the roof of the garage so if you park on the roof of the garage you may be sliding down. The pool closed early one night

They dont answer the phone was on hold over 1 hour finally called.Security Michelle went to checkmfront desk. Agent hadnt signed intonhis phone his whole shift. Missed my flight because they never called for my wake up call. Went to Restaurant yesterday and no server came so we walked out. Paper given at check in says Restaurant its not only until 10p. Front desk trylied yo call his manager Rodalia she didnt answer. Worst Hot2l experience ever

It was a great choice. The only disappointment was the food at the Cafe de Sol. We went to the hockey game and this was the perfect place to stay.

I would say this was an above average stay when compared to the negative reviews. Room was updated clean and tidy. Only notable concern was the hot water that would be lacking during afternoon peak times. Not ideal when when come home from a full day snowboarding. Hot water would be present during early morning and late afternoon but wish it was more consistent. Otherwise, I would still stay at this hotel given its proximity to the mountain, the reasonable rates and walkability. Only 15 minute walk when wearing your snowboarding gear. Of note, the town had a blackout but my hotel room was unaffected. This was not the same situation with those who stayed closer to Heavenly. Overall, I had a great time through this week I stayed there.

Stayed with family and the showers were horrible! No hot water, they claimed it was hot, NO it was like you were standing in the cold rain. The pool has to many rules and they had the AC blasting it was super cold! Even the workers had sweats and jackets on. People will get sick! The rooms were okay. Not as cleaned as they should be.

The room was comfortable and clean. If you wanted the sheets or room to be tidied you had to call reception the day before and book it in. Called for more towels and pilows which they provided without any issues. The shower temperature sometime was luke warm. Abit outdated but was very functional
