The room was clean and updated. A nice amount of space for the price. The valet staff was excellent, always available and accommodating. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient with check in. The housekeeping staff did their room cleaning by request on schedule and to perfection.

Upon arrival, the check-in lines were unusually long. The room I was assigned had a noticeable odor of pet urine and did not appear to have been properly cleaned. There was hair on the bathroom floor, crumbs throughout the room, and it did not look like it had been vacuumed. I requested a room change but was informed that no alternative accommodations were available. I also requested room service during my stay, but no one responded. My trash remained in the room for two days, and I had to flag down housekeeping staff in the hallway to receive fresh towels and additional toilet paper. Additionally, free breakfast was advertised but not provided, and the pool was closed during my stay without prior notice.

Had to call a service tech out three times. None of the lights and equipment was plugged in and there weren't enough plugs (missing power strip). Also TV didn't work, something wrong with coax cable. Finally the AC was really loud and didn't cool the room. The room was too hot at night to sleep. For the price with the added resort fee and parking, I'd stay elsewhere.

We had no heat and after complaining about it then had to ask to switch rooms, no one seemed to care. Run down hotel/casino, minimal staff and don’t have much customer service. The food in the restaurant was good, but very expensive.
