Awesome location for going to. Knight Monsters game when you don't want to drive back down the mountain late. Also the indoor pool is a kids' favorite

The rooms are old out dated and gross. Paint is stained carpet is probably from the 70s. Paint chipping in bathroom. Chairs were dirty. Old tacky gold tape peeling off bed bases. The windows are filthy and moisture and mold in between corners etc. for being a casino that takes in mass cash they’ve updated nothing here. The pool wooden supports are rotted bad which is concerning.

The room was very nice, and the staff was great. The problems with the shower, which have been receiving complaints for months, are ridiculous and unacceptable. It took over an hour to get a marginally warm shower. Also, the fees attached to the tab doubled the cost.

The place is convenient, however during our stay, there was no food at night, venti machine sold out, you have to pay for luggage cart, not all elevators are working the day of check out there was lines in every floor to get a spot in the elevator.
