Mountain View at Eagleridge Townhomes on todella helmi kokoelmassamme! Astu ulos kannelle viemään raitista ilmaa ja ympäristöä, grilli kaikki yksityiset kaasugrillit. Voit myös nauttia illallisesta patio-pöydällä ja tuoleilla Alpen Glowissa Wernerin vuorella. Yksinkertaisesti henkeäsalpaava! Jos sää tuo kaikki ruoan sisälle kymmenen hengen loki-pöydälle, se on seuraava paras asia, katsokaa kodin lämmöstä. Oikealla ruokailuhuoneesta erittäin hyvin varusteltu keittiö, jossa on mustat laitteet, mustat ja harmaat täplikäs graniitti työtasot, vaaleat puiset kaapit, kolme baarituolia saarella ja jopa baarikeittiö, jossa on viiniä jääkaappi. Keittiöstä on pulverihuone ja sen vieressä oleva autotallin ovi, joka tuo päivittäistavarat tai matkatavarat sisään ja ulos.

Alakerrassa on kolme makuuhuonetta. Ensimmäinen on huone, jossa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta, taulu-tv ja kaappi. Toinen queen log bed, vaatekaappi, kattotuuletin, sohva, taulutelevisio, oma patio ovi pöytä ja kaksi tuolia, ja liitteenä täydellinen kylpyhuone, joka on jaettu huoneen kanssa erilliset vuoteet. Ylimmässä kerroksessa on kolme makuuhuonetta, Master-sviitti ja kaksi queen-makuuhuonetta. Yksi on queen-vuode, kattotuuletin, vaatekaappi ja taulutelevisio. Seuraava queen-vuode, kattotuuletin, sivutuoli lukemiseen, liitteenä koko kylpyhuone jaettu toisessa huoneessa, erinomaiset vuoristomaisemat ja taulutelevisio. Siitä hetkestä l��htien, kun kirjoitat Master Suite -sovelluksen, et ehkä halua lähteä! Kun king-vuode, ylellinen vuodevaatteet puusta veistetty pääty, kaasutakka, taulutelevisio, kattotuuletin, istuin tuoli, ja kävellä kaappiin. Kylpyhuoneessa on kylpyhuone, jossa on hänen turhamaisuus-pesuallas, poreallas ja lasisuihku. Laskeutumalla unohdetaan avoin olohuone, ruokailutila ja keittiö. Älä unohda niitä upeita vuoristomaisemia.

Nice place and responsive management

The place was perfect for 12 adults in shared beds — no one in a futon or upper bunk! Nicely appointed and very functional and stocked kitchen. Some rugs very worn. We were mistakenly informed that there would only be 2 parking spots and that we’d have to park at an overnight parking garage 5 minutes drive away (you don’t get 12 women and 12 sets of golf clubs in 2 cars!). When we got there, there were 3 parking spots (2 driveway and 1 garage), and we found open parking spaces just down the street from the house (1/2 block). Maybe not as readily available in the winter, but worked well for us). We were disappointed that the hot tub/pool didn’t open until 10 — why? Anyway, we did enjoy those facilities when we used them. Location was awesome — quick trip to Wild Plum for groceries or a bite and to the gondola. 5 min. To main drag and golf. We would stay again. Management on site were easy to reach on the phone, though they never came to fix window crank that was broken. NO AIR, and it was 90 so house was uncomfortable at times. Overall, not lots of options for 12. Would stay here again.

Convenient, Cozy, and Centrally Located

Great property, easy to walk to the Gondola for skiing, and a quick trip down the road to the grocery store for items for dinner. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Plenty of dishes, silverware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils in the kitchen!We really enjoyed the property and as a bonus got to hear some great music from the festival happening in the parking lot nearby!

Steamboat wedding

We loved the house and all the room for our large family and grandkids. It was in a great location for us. Only a few down sides, it does not have air conditioning so when we were there in July and it was in the 90’s what is unusual for there it was very hot in the upstairs bedrooms. I slept on the couch two nights till the middle of night when the upstairs finally cooled down. Also some of the screens don’t fit in the windows and one bedroom we could not get it closed at all. Other than that it was clean and had a great supply of kitchen stuff. Could maybe put wash rags in the kitchen to wipe off counters and more then one hand towel.

Great fun for large families

This house was perfect for my family. Everyone had their own room and 5 of the 8 grandkids slept together in bunk beds. The beds were comfortable, the living room was cozy and the kitchen had an open concept to include everyone. It was waking distance to the ski base where ee watched an outdoor movie at night. Great experience!

We loved the location and the roominess of the condo. Kitchen was stocked descent, do wish there were more kitchen towels and better quality paper towels. Otherwise we made and enjoyed a bountiful Thanksgiving meal that was shared amongst friends and family. We did ski and with this location one could walk to the base very easily.

Great small company retreat location

This townhome worked great for a small business retreat option that allowed individual rooms/beds, an opportunity to make meals together and a space to meet and have discussions. Easy access to the base of the mountain.

Perfect for families!

We had 4 families with teenagers and the space was great! We loved the location, the pool and hot tubs! Cutely decorated. Has all the kitchen supplies. Updated and clean! Easy bus pick up if you choose not to walk - however the walk is doable.

6bdrm walkable to Steamboat

Great sized townhome for extended family (8 adults / 6 kids) holiday ski vacation. Generally in good condition w/ all the basics. Beds were comfortable. About 10min walk to ski lifts plus shuttle service which was spotty on pickups - it was the Christmas holiday week and often times pickups were pushed back significantly (or couldn't book) requiring walking w/ kids+gear. Hot tub is offsite across street into main hotel complex - a bit inconvenient in winter so it was t really used. Major issue was upon checkout the mgmt company, Retreatia, wouldnt allow let checkout of 1hr 45 min to 11:45am which we needed as our flights werent until 2pm. They said: “ Due to the busy season, we cannot provide a late check out for your stay. If needed, you can leave your luggage at our front desk until your shuttle pick up.” We made aware to them that it was clear online that the unit wasnt rented for the following 7 days. So we lugged the luggage up the road and sat in a main office for the ~2hrs. But further, absolutely nobody access the house for that time period - nobody from the mgmt company, no cleaners, etc - we knew b/c our airport shuttle picked us up there. Rather frustrating and really poor customer service. One other odd thing that another reviewer mentioned is the check in instructions note a fee if garbage isnt brought to the curb on a particular night. Similar to their experience, we pulled it out - noone came and pulled it back in around 8pm. Its odd to ask a guest to do this or charge them to begin with, but the directions seem to be incorrect.
