Arrived late at night with a baby in the cold and had an extremely frustrating experience with the hotel shuttle and check‑in. After being told the shuttle would arrive “soon,” I waited for over 30 minutes. I called multiple times, only to be given shifting excuses like “they’re getting gas” and “4 more minutes.” When we called the third time, the staff insisted the room was ready, which didn’t help since we were still stranded at the airport with a baby.
When the shuttle finally arrived and we checked in, we were reassured the room was ready with a crib. We got to the room… no crib. Called again and were told it would be another 10 minutes. Overall, the lack of communication, long waits in the cold, and repeated misinformation made the arrival experience incredibly stressful for a family traveling with an infant.
Finally rooms are old, and not worthy of Marriott name
