When we first got in the room and opened the cabinet under the tv, there was a to go box with very moldy food. When we informed thenfront desk all we got was a, "ah man thats gross. Also noticed bathroom was okay but there was lotion or something left on the counter top. Internet did not work either. The ac in the room did not work. Never once got offered a new room or anything. Just a thats gross.

I reserved the room for my kids. They were in town from out of state because my dad (their grandfather) was on his deathbed. He passed away on second day of their stay and they didn’t get back to the room until midnight, only to discover their room had bedbugs. It was a nightmare scenario where they had to find a different hotel room in the middle of the night – and secure a bew set of clothes so that they didn’t contaminate the other hotel. We’re still not sure if they contaminated my now widow mother’s house. Long story but completely freaking unacceptable. A refund better be on the way and payment for their other room that they had to secure.

Had issue with the toilet. When we returned after being out all day it would not flush. We had not used it but it appeared to be stopped up. The faucet in the sink was loose and would move when you tried to turn it on or off.

Where are cold sleepers and it was difficult getting the room to our preferred temperature. There was a chemical smell entering the room around the coffee/ fridge area. We didn’t notice it in the bedroom area after we turned on the AC.

Breakfast was good. There could‘ve been a more variety in the fruit department- only apples. On the other hand, we had to leave early on our day of departure and the breakfast lady made a to go bag for my wife- very accommodating.

Room was the worst in the hotel as the window view to the outside was blocked by the roof and entry overhang. Couldn't even see what the weather was doing Ikea decorated, wakeup calls never worked. I will never use Expedia again as understand the room was their cheap selection.

The ONLY complaint I have/had every time I have stayed there are the ridiculous pillows! I paid $1600.00 for 3 nights to visit my son in Stillwater, Oklahoma and I had 4 small square pillows on each bed. Do better. I will not stay there again just for that fact. I slept horribly and for the rooms to be triple and sometimes quadruple the regular price there is ZERO reason to not have adult pillows.

This is our second time staying at the Hampton in Stillwater while visiting our college girl. The breakfast area is great: plenty of nice seating and all the eating options. The rooms were clean and smelled lemony fresh and the bed were comfortable with crisp sheets. We like being next to Walmart and six street for easy access to everything.

I loved everything about staying here! The front desk staff was the nicest ive ever encountered. The hotel itself was super clean and smelled nice. The breakfast options were good. Check out time was noon which is really nice for those not wanting to wake up early on vacation. Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Parking is easy and all of it close. I just thouroughly enjoyed staying here with my son
