Not great but cheap

Was rather disappointed by this hotel. Very irritating automated checkin process which didn't even work. Rooms are absolutely tiny with a bit of a prison vibe and limited storage. The shower intermittently ran cold. The safe malfunctioned which meant we had to carry our valuables around. It was cheap though, and scrupulously clean throughout.

Room was clean and was good for our 3 night stay. Had the windowless room which was convenient since it was on the ground floor. Also it actually does have a small window on the ceiling.

This is a minimalist type of hotel where you pay for what you use. It is fine for a night or two. This is a gem hotel to stay in when visiting Stockholm! It seemed to be a lot cheaper than most other hotels and it was perfect! Only a 10 minute walk from the train/metro station, close to the shops, and the staff were really welcoming. They also offer breakfast for a great price to grab and go in the morning. Highly recommend this hotel!

The employees are all great! Very friendly & helpful, having a washing machine to use is a great benefit . Having still & seltzer water available all day is an excellent benefit . Location is excellent . Guests should be made aware ahead of time that there is no towel exchange available without a cost involved. There should be a shelf for luggage so that bags do not have to be left on the floor, The rooms are very quiet & the bed is good.

Clean and small rooms. Great location, walkable and close to public transit. Room got pretty hot (22-25c), there’s no ac/fan and the windows do not open (screwed shut). This was in September so I can’t imagine how hot it is in the summer. Other than that it’s a good hotel for the price!

Casual hotel near Drottninggatan shopping area

The room was clean, small, but everything we needed. The staff was helpful, although they only came in to empty our trash. They didnt change bedsing or towels all week, but I'm sure they would have of we had asked. There is water and seltzer to fill water bottles in the lobby, and a nice seating area to hang out. Wi-fi worked great, lots of restaurants nearby

A great budget hotel and in a fantastic location.The rooms include a TV and hair dryer. I do wish there was a kettle in the room through. There is a laundry room that is free of charge but unfortunately only one machine, so we didn't get a chance to use it. The staff are friendly and helpful. There's a cafe on the ground floor which sells coffee, pastries, sandwiches, snacks and toiletries. There are also lots of chairs/sofas on the ground floor. Lastly, the location is mostly quiet except for an establishment in the same building which plays really loud live music/concerts. The noise was terrible but did stop by 11pm.

Great Hotel

About a 15 minute walk from the Arlanda Express Terminal. The welcome was warm and the staff were lovely and helpful throughout our stay. I think that the hotel had been designed for younger people but there was a good mix of travellers. Everything looked new and all was clean. My husband would have preferred a chair in the room, aside from that, we were delighted. The location was great too. Pretty central, with bars and restaurants steps away. We would definitely recommend.

Convenient and Easy

Really convenient and centrally located hotel. Check in was easy and they have free lockers to store luggage before and after checkout. The room was small but comfortable, and having a cafe downstairs was nice too.

The location is great and the overall lobby design is so modern and unique. Staffs are very nice and friendly, was able to do early check in, this helped a lot! Love our stay and will definitely come back.
