When checking out I requested a copy of my bill and was told they did not have one it would be an email… when checking in I was told a 10.00 hold was placed on my credit card… when checking out I asked to see that it had been removed.. I also was told that was not possible.

We were able to check in early and our room was very spacious and clean. Check in was quick. The king bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean and well supplied, the breakfast was good and the coffee was excellent. It was a quiet location and about 5 minutes from Sight n Sound. We would stay here again.

my experience was horrible the Hotel wasn’t that clean the room smell bad , And I forget al pair of sunglasses the front desk call me after I leave from the hotel telling me that I left a sunglasses few weeks later I call so they can send my sunglasses ,And they tell me that I didn’t left any sunglasses horrible never going to that Hotel or any Holiday Inn .
