Most memorable is when Sarah the front desk helped me get an early check in since I’ll be checking out early as well. Very well appreciated. The elevator though smelled like body odor. I love the gym, very robust on the choice of equipments. Parking is awful though choices are around, there’s a wait if not park blocks away. Room is perfect. Thanksn

Physical space great (Clean room and efficient). Great staff, quaint Main Street in Sunnyvale nearby. Walls are a little too thin between rooms but they do give you ear plugs. Had a very loud late night neighbor that talked on phone from 12-2am next to me which was very hard.

Even tho I asked for housekeeping my room was never cleaned between the two nights there. The desk did send up twirls when requested at midnight. The shower didn’t work properly and the non English speaking engineer reportedly checked and told me it was fine - it wasn’t!
