They have extremely weird rules regarding needing to enter and "check" the room. Their policy which is listed on the form you sign at check in is after 3 days, but they choose when to randomly enforce this policy. I declined cleaning and called the front desk about the request from housekeeping one day. I was told that I could come down before 11 am and switch rooms since they needed to come in to clean the room after about 1 week. When I came down the next day to switch rooms, I was then told that it doesn't make any sense for me to switch rooms and I needed to find 25 minutes to allow for cleaning. I once again declined and housekeeping came in to "check" the room after lunch that day. HUGE turn-off
