Internet was good. The room had a TV zero other amenities and was not cleaned every day. That was all right with me for the price. People upstairs dropped heavy objects on the floor like a gunshot. I complained to the management, but the noise continued. The room was non-smoking, but it was obvious it had been smoked in before.

The walls and ceiling are thin. It was pretty clean but not immaculate. It was nicer and cleaner than I expected it to be for the price. Great value and a friendly and informative check in.

My biggest problem with this place is fixable- they put the bed right next to the window, and directly outside the window are blaring fluorescent lights. It's so difficult to sleep in a room with the lights on- the curtains need to be able to black out the lights coming from outside. This could be a 3 or 4 star stay if that issue is addressed.

As long as you realize this is what it says it is in it's name, a Motel, not a Hotel, it is exactly what you expect. This one is a pretty large complex, with 2 stories and many rooms, a large carpark lot, and in a great Sunnyvale Location near the 101 Freeway and a lot of Silicon Valley Tech companies. So if you are a Tech Bro with a back pack on a budget, and you have graduated from hostels to your own unit with privacy, this is perfect for you. If you are a privileged Karen looking for Hotel quality and service for less than a Benjamin Franklin a night, quit dreaming, wake up and smell the coffee!
