The pool was not available, Under Service - which was not disclosed to us. Breakfast was not up the standard we usually see at other hotels; selection was minimal. Comfortable beds and plenty of pillows, which was nice!

Hotel was convenient to UWS, clean, friendly staff, priced right. Wissota chophouse was a pleasant surprise, very good. Free breakfast was a thumbs down. Crowded, messy room with many items unavailable.

Pool was under construction so we were unable to use. Breakfast staff lady was a little put off with me when I asked where the juice was but then was more polite later on. She might have been having a bad day. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Staff at reception desk were very friendly and efficient. We would stay here again.

This hotel was so clean, I thought it was brand new! But nope…3 years old. Sadly the pool was under maintenance. But they were fixin’ on it when we left. Just poor timing for us. Loved the hotel. Highly recommend.

It was a fine place to stay for a night. The room was clean and large. We were disappointed that the pool wasn't in working order as it was what our kids looked forward to the most. We probably would have stayed elsewhere with a working pool if we would have know. If the pool is up and in order, we would come back.
