This beautiful home has three king suites and a bunk room sleeping five. Sitting room has a daybed . Smart TVs in living room, sitting room and all bedrooms, SRS and high speed wireless internet. 2 booster seats/high chair and pack & play. Charcoal Grill. Professionally decorated and well equipped – lots of extras! Two ocean side porches with new rockers, bar tables, deck chairs, outside shower and oceanside heated pool (**additional surcharge for pool heater except June-August**) with huge deck.

Bed Linens provided (Beds in Bedrooms Only) For Weekly Rentals. No Towels Provided.

***Pool can be heated upon advance notice for a fee. Pools are heated to a maximum of 87-88 degrees but can only maintain a temperature of 8-10 degrees above the outside temperature. Pool heaters cannot operate if the temperature outside is below 55 degrees. Pool heaters will not be turned on June-August. Please call for more details.***
