I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Sydney and had a fantastic experience. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which really set the tone for the stay. The location is excellent and walkable to so many spots, making it super convenient. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and upscale, and I really liked the overall atmosphere. We had breakfast included, and it was a nice touch, with very good quality. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend it.

The staff were great very accommodating and friendly a credit to the Hyatt. Room was a little outdated but coean and tidy. Surprised to see that the water wasn't complimentary compared with other hotels i have stayed at. Breakfast buffet was very enjoyable a great variety that would appeal to everyone's taste. Overall a pleasant experience.

Reserved prior to arrival a table at zephyr for the drone show. Checked at reception upon arrival and said ring 9 from the room as they could not help. Rang 9 got someone who said they would communicate with the staff and get them to call me. This happened twice and no one called me back. Turned up at the bar on the night, at the time I reserved and they had no booking for me.
