The gym was going through reconditioning and not available. This was not communicated during booking. Had to walk to an open gyms 15mins away they provided which was an inconvenience. The rest of the hotel was great and an enjoyable.

I recently stayed at Sofitel Sydney Wentworth, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel’s location is perfect — right in the heart of Sydney CBD, just a short walk to Circular Quay, the Opera House, and many great restaurants and shops. The staff were incredibly professional and welcoming, always greeting me with a smile and offering help whenever needed. The room was elegant, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities you’d expect from a five-star hotel. I especially loved the bed — super soft and perfect after a long day exploring the city. I’d definitely stay here again !!!

We had an amazing stay at the Sofitel Wentworth. A great convenient location, an easy walk to most things, ferries and other public transport. The Wentworth bar was great for happy hour and we absolutely loved the breakfast each morning. So many options! There were some things I didn’t even get to try after 5 days. A special mention to Charles from Concierge. He was very welcoming and helpful and made our daughter feel very special each time he had a chat with us. The renovations and modernisation are lovely but we were surprised by the outside noise in our room as there is no double glazing. Thankfully it didn’t keep us awake.

If you are looking for a conveniently located hotel, it’s decent. Room was very bare and basic. In the bathroom there was no shower enclosure so each time the shower is in, the entire bathroom floor gets drenched.
