Great location close to train station, very convenient. The area is safe and decently walkable. We looked forward to the breakfast buffet every morning - plenty of options and good service. The hotel itself is very clean. However, bathroom was a bit small, and we had issues with the wifi. Staff were friendly but seemed a little disorganized.

The hotel was an excellent location for city centre. The staff were very helpful, pleasant & polite. The property was very cleaned & housekeeping refresh our room daily, changed towels, replenished tea & coffee & as a nice treat a pack of biscuits each day. Breakfast was pleasant, with lots of choice & staff worked hard to keep replenished & keep tables cleared.

The staff was really great and the service was wonderful. My one complaint was whoever designed the bathrooms in this place. I’m all for a modern shower but no door? Even tilting the shower head at the steepest angle, water literally just goes everywhere and doesn’t drain quickly so you’re just walking around a wet bathroom floor in your used shower water. This was a really bad oversight

Song Hotel offers a fantastic stay, highlighted by its excellent location just a few minutes’ walk from the train station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The room was aesthetically pleasing, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully maintained. The staff were warm, professional, and always willing to assist, which truly enhanced the overall experience. A comfortable and enjoyable stay—I would happily recommend this hotel.
