Property was conveniently located, clean and comfortable. We only had 24hrs in Sydney but would stay here again in future. We ordered room service for dinner via the in room digital concierge, which was efficient, food was delicious and reasonably priced. Buffet breakfast was well stocked with plenty to choose from.

When I tried to make coffee, the water tank of the coffee machine was cracked, and the water spilled all over the counter. When I first entered the room after check-in, there was a strange smell. I had booked a two-bedroom apartment, but one of the rooms was locked. Also, one of the bathrooms kept having its light turn off automatically — even while I was taking a shower. I mentioned these issues to the staff at check-in, but unfortunately, they were not resolved during my stay.

Great pool, sauna and gym. Comfortable room with everything you need. I appreciated having a laundry in the room to wash all my stuff. Easy walking distance to domestic airport or into Mascot with plenty of food options, not just limited to the hotel. Would definitely stay again for business - you are at the end of the runway - may not be suitable for families if the planes are landing or taking off overhead, but really I didn't care with the TV on and I usually sleep with earplugs as the wife snores. I'll be back again hopefully soon!

Botany street nearby has several good dining choices. Staff very friendly. The room was excellent, clean had everything. Is close to anirport and Railroad but they seem to stop operating anround 10-11 pm. Only negative was the shuttle I had booked never came, Uber came fast though so no problem.

Nice accommodation, easy to park nearby but the reception staff needs more training. Breakfast staff is unnecessarily rude. The sign at front of breakfast lounge says “wait to be seated” but they just stare at you and expect you to help yourself. We ordered a black coffee with our meals and went to get hot water because coffee was too strong and they watch you like a hawk to make sure you’re not trying to take something you haven't paid for.

It’s a decent stopover option when traveling whether locally or internationally. The shuttle service was not seamless because they utilize a 3rd party provider that doesn’t exclusively serve the hotel. Experienced delays and some uncertainty as a result. Otherwise the hotel is decent. Not 5 star but good enough.

Terrible desk service. Restaurant + service were amazing. Our room key didn’t work I called down to reception but no one came, so I went down + got a new key. Our 2nd bedroom was locked. I tried to call down to reception from inside room but the phone was broken. So I went to hall + called. No one came so I went down again. Guy finally came + unlocked 2nd room. It smelt + couldn’t open window. None of the windows would open just the 2 doors onto balcony. Mattresses were so hard + uncomfortable. I slept on mattress on floor in lounge as the room smelt so bad + couldn’t open a window or any ventilation in the bathroom. Never again.
