The location was great and close to the airport. Pretty and roomy room but noisy street noise. It’s in a Thai area of town with great Thai restaurant and the hotel restaurant is really good.

The room was amazing. Absolutely beautiful and spotless. The staff were extremely friendly. We were only there one night, but the food in the restaurant was excellent, both for dinner and breakfast. This was our second time staying here (its very handy to the airport if you have an early morning flight), and we would definitely stay again!

Everything from check in to check out was exemplary of luxury. From the room, to the pool, to the staff being so nice and friendly. There is a rooftop bar which is so aesthetically pleasing with good music, delicious beverages and food. The location is perfectly close to the airport with a well priced shuttle bus that was on time. Hats off to everyone at this location, I will definitely be staying again!

The staff really stood out here. Great service whether it was at breakfast to the front desk to the service team. Only 4 stars because it felt a little worn and used in the room. It wasn’t super clean and our exterior patio door was left open all day after the room was serviced.

Check in was excellent, food options were very good and reasonable price. Room was well set apart carpet being taped up. The pool was lovely to swim in and there was coffee shop called 3 blind mice about 10 minutes walk away. All in all an excellent hotel which is at the airport but if you don’t mind a 1km walk to the train or a 500m walk for the bus then trips into Sydney are very easy.
