Great modern room with all the frills (a tablet that controlled all the lights and curtains etc). Luxurious bathroom. The kind of place that inspires me for if I ever won the lottery and built my own house.

Overall, it was a very nice accommodation. The kindness of the staff was so good and the condition of the room was satisfactory. However, the room was a bit depressing because it didn't get any sun, and the floor cleaning was not done unless I told you otherwise, the cushion smelled the worst, and the noise from the surrounding area and the upstairs was so loud that I couldn't sleep.If I visit again next time, I think I will choose a different room type.

Great stay, clean and very real.

From start to finish, we had a great time. The staff was friendly and kind to us all and there was fabulous communication. The room was incredibly clean and had everything you could need to make it a pleasant stay. The location was fantastic as we arrived and left on the train from Central and were able to walk or public transport anywhere from the hotel. Loved it and have recommended to others already.

Pretty much liked everything about this property. Staff are absolutely amazing. Himanshu at the front desk was so helpful and friendly and gave us good advice. Everything was so clean and well looked after. Our two bedroom upgrade was superb and spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable. Proximity to restaurants and Chinatown was excellent. Balconies are large with superb views over the city. Definitely where we would try to stay next time we visit Sydney.

Beautiful staff, rooms were comfortable and very clean. Hot water was great. Close to Muesum train station, lovely little cafe just as you leave the hotel to the right and other dining options such us pubs (the Crown was fabulous) dumplings, a brisket place to name a few. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We loved the location. Loved the staff who were helpful and friendly. They even changed my pillow to suit. Housekeeping was amazing. What we didn't like was the plumbing nosies at night especially. Each time upstairs turn on something you could hear all the pipes. Didn't like the air condition system being so loud too.

We were in the 3 bedroom penthouse and loved the apartment. It is well located in the Surry Hills area with plenty of cafes and restaurants on Crown Street, a short walk from the hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. Cleaning was done everyday and it was acceptable, not outstanding. There is a small but good gym in the building. Beds and bedding were very comfortable. I would recommend Zara Tower Hotel

For such a grand space with so many areas WHY is the bathroom so disappointing. You could add a bathtub in the middle of the room and it would be EPIC. redo the whole bathroom please

I stayed in a superior suite which was an enormous 110sqm, because it was Christmas time and I needed somewhere to stay for a few days and have cooking facilities whilst the shops were closed. The furniture, bedding, fittings etc were high quality and super-comfortable, giving a real feeling of home. There were also opening windows for fresh air, which is unusual in a city high rise hotel. The carpark uses a car-stacker, so to make it easy the staff do full concierge parking. I think what struck me most about the place was the friendliness of the staff. They all seemed genuinely happy and went out of their way to please us. We felt really welcome. This was my first stay at Zara Tower, though I often stay nearby. I will definitely stay there again.
