Staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist with resolving issues with parking as our vehicle did not initially fit in the stacker. We stayed for 3 nights and found the service to be impeccable. Would definitely stay at this property again.

사진만 보고 소호룸 예약했었는데 1층 룸은 해가 거의 안 들어고 조명이 어두웠어요. 그리고 아이를 추가하지 않고 예약했어서 체크인 때 1인 추가에 대한 금액 지불했습니다. 리셉션에서 추가 금액이 발생한게 내 잘못이었지만, 그래도 추가 금액을 내게 된 것에 보상을 해주고 싶어 해서 아파트먼트 스타일의 2룸에 세탁기가 있는 룸으로 옮겨 주었습니다. 만약 추가 금액 내고 어두운 1층 소호룸에 있었으면 너무나 불만족스러웠겠지만 직원분께서 친절하게 룸 투어도 해주시고 좋은 방도 골라주셔서 아주 만족스럽게 지냈습니다. 룸 청소도 매일 해주었습니다. 아파트먼트스타일 룸이 사진보다 훨씬 예뻤습니다.

Most amazing service! Friendly reception staff and available 24/7. Clean and serviced rooms daily, so nice to go back too! Bedding was nice and the pillow menu a bonus. Tea bags were delicious, had to take the remainder home with me! Beautiful big towels and good bathroom. They looked after our luggage for a few hours until we were ready to go the airport and that was a life saver!!! Amazing service to offer!
