This place is gross. Also no ventilation in the room and I didn't even have a window. I got a king suite and the footing of the bed has 10 inches for you to walk to the other side of the bed. I think a jail cell is bigger..

I've never met an operations manager like Edward. He was so rude condescending, and unwilling to help that it truly was a triumph of the labor laws, employer apathy, and a disregard for the customer experience. Ad needs to be completely retrained and begin his career guide at the beginning. Thank you.

Great service and even better room

When we arrived for check in it was extremely busy. When it was my turn I was helped but my room was ready. I wasn’t in a huge rush so while I waited for the staff to figure it out I felt bad they were so busy. Radioing house keeping trying to see what room I was in. I think his name was Joel, hope I’m right. Kept apologizing and thanking me for my patience. When they finally got it sorted I got lucky and was offered a free room Upgrade! Thank you! The room was lovely and the staff was very helpful. Even the house keeping and breakfast crews were courteous. Will stay again.

Parking problems

I confirmed on my booking site there was free parking but when I checked in was told it was $15 a night with not exceptions even though I showed them the screen shot. Very disappointed in that response and will not stay there again.

Not worth the hype or the price.

First of all when I checked in the room that I reserved was not the room that I received. Next, the room has no heat, they brought in one space heater and I had to leave it in the room with my granddaughter who is 1-year-old she's still laying here cold. For the money that I spent on this room and the deposit that they charge, I should be compensated for the inconvenience of not having any heat and there's a snowstorm going on outside, and I did not receive the room that I originally reserved. This is unacceptable I will never stay at this particular embassy suites ever again and I would not recommend it to any of my friends or family.
