The hotel itself was very nice. The breakfast was substantial and the lobby/breakfast area were kept very clean. The pool/hot tub were a great size but did not have a locker room or restroom. However, in our party of 7, 3 kids and 2 adults ended up with chemical burns/rashes from the pool being over chlorinated. When we contacted to property after the fact to let them know about this, they seemed to not care.

Even when things went wrong (which were out of the control of staff members) other things made up for it: hot chocolate, waffle maker, chocolate chips for those waffles... and a wonderful attitude from everyone I met. Would stay again!
