The property is pretty old and tired. It was fairly clean and the staff was friendly. The advertised "continental breakfast" was coffee and your choice of packaged Danish or granola bars. If I just needed a cheap place to stay for one night, this would be fine. Daily housekeeping was not provided.

Hotel could use an update. The lobby is great, the desk workers are amazing. But in all reality, this is more like a motel than a hotel. The floorboards and shower area need some attention.

I flew in from Chicago to help host a show with artists Do or Die. My room was filthy. When I tried to call down to the desk the phone was not working. When I went down to the desk I was told there was no other rooms to be moved to. I was told someone would be up to clean my room no later than 10:15. That never happened. I had to clean the room myself.

false advertisement on Expedia. the property and the room was not clean and it wasn't as advertised. very unsatisfied. had to track down staff to get bed changed, clean towels, toilet paper etc. house keeping didnt come. I am very unhappy that I paid over 400 dollars for trash. I will be taking further steps with my attorney.

We really liked the girl behind the counter. She was sweet and she accommodated us Bed was comfortable, but plastic was still on it from buying it brand new so it made a lot of noise Food options were not good. The floors were not mopped very dirty. We did not feel comfortable in the room because of this.

I did not enjoy my stay at all. Very loud at night and very sketchy place. Front desk are lack of knowledge have to wait 20 min just to get check in. Vending machine don’t work take our money. I stay at a motel and I can stay is beyond wonderful then this place. If you want to stay at a hell hole be my guess. Just terrible. I never have bad experience with any of my stay but this one is no word. And another things is don’t bring you your children’s here or family if you don’t want them to see a whole criminal activities from girls walking around NAKED from 8pm all the way till morning noisy and very sketchy. Stay away from this place.

I am deeply disappointed and I hope I don’t get charged for a room that was not available to me. I reserved a room with double bed. Upon arrival, the clerk informed me they no longer had the room and all they had was a room with a king size bed. There were 3 adults traveling for 10 hours across 3 states. I told her I would not get any room. In addition, the hotel lobby looked nothing like the pictures on Expedia or online!!! What a scam!!!

We arrived and a family was leaving and warned us about the cleanliness. They left due to the dirt. We stepped into our room and bed was clean but extremely uncomfortable. We woke up in pain every morning. I swiped 6 inches of the floor in the middle of the room. The rage turned black. I asked to change rooms and I did the same test and it had the same issue. Staff kept saying they couldn’t issue a refund as the manager is never In (great way to hide from responsibilities). Neighbours were blasting music till 2 am and again at 7am right outside our door.

We were okay there. What we were disappointed with was the room wasn’t really cleaned. My husband cleaned up the AC as it was so dirty. The bathroom floor had so much hair. While layinnin bed you could smell the dust in the room. We didn’t get maid service the whole time we were there. We had to go to the front desk daily to grab towels. One day there was no towels available. Our TV was out. We called the front desk twice before someone actually came. They found the HDMI cord was missing. I would not recommend this property.
