Over all the experience was ok but not worth the hefty price. I was expecting much better because of the photos and room I thought I would be getting. I originally booked a room at this location because I had to be at the convention center very early and the location was very convenient. However, they didn’t give me the type of room I originally booked and paid for and they refused a refund for any portion of the total price. They didn’t give any notice of parking charges either which was frustrating. The bed/bedding was awful and the view from the room was the top level of the parking garage looking directly at peoples vehicles so one window was not usable. The staff was kind enough but unhelpful with the issues I brought up. Over all just absolutely not worth the price. Will not be staying at a Marriott again - Rooms Look great but nothing is actually comfortable. All facades designed to look good in pictures but with no actual quality - Noteworthy details Parking is expensive, they didn’t disclose I would be charged, and the garage is super small. They have 1 security guard that I saw but if you can I’d skip the garage and park elsewhere. Not worth the money

The only thing was our neighbor was very noisy and had had the tv on full level all night. We called the desk but no change was noted. I would hope the walls would be thicker to reduce this issue

The room was clean but we did not have enough towels and no hand soap in the room. We got more towels when we asked but the hotel had ran out of hand soap! How is that even possible? There were no shops within walking distance and also very limited number of restaurants. The neighborhood was a bit sketchy and we didn’t want to walk around much after dark.

Less of a Marriott and more of a “Super 6”

The Staff really tries but the hotel itself is VERY run down and some aspects are in shambles. Our first room had both a broken/vibrating air conditioning fan that sounded like a blender and a dirty/stained duvet cover. The staff quickly accommodated a new room on a higher floor BUT the room itself was located under some sort of generator or other machinery in that between the hours of 5:30-8am it sounded like we were in an airplane hanger (I have a video but only photos are compatible with reviews). There is a semi disconcerting rattle and banging in ALL the hotel elevators. Breakfast was waiting in the usual weirdly outdated “comfort inn” style “cafe” and even though there were only a handful of guests the rewarmed eggs and sat out fruit took easily 45mins to arrive. The hotel has the cheap/outdated EV chargers that do not fit in any Tesla or EV newer than 2021. We will not be staying here again.
