Staff are very nice at this Motel. Near aminities. However every room has an ashtray right outside the room. Guests smoke inside and right by the doors. Not sure why there isn't a designated smoking area away from the rooms. I had to change rooms three times due to smoking smell in the room after guests had checked out. Also can be noisy at night with shady guests. Keep smoking away from rooms.

SOLO WOMEN PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! We had stayed here multiple times in the past and never had any issues but this time the manager tried to enter with the do not disturb sign on the door and without knocking. I was in the bathroom but yelled out no thank you thinking it was room service but by the time I got to the door to look through the peep hole I saw two men walking away and that made me insanely uncomfortable, following this the manager came back and knocked and I asked what he needed and as I had stacked my recycling (cans) on the window sill to take out the next morning, he wanted me to remove which I did with him standing there watching me. Not long after that housekeeping came by and said they needed to come in and said I couldn't say no, at the time my partner was at work so I was there alone and entirely uncomfortable with someone else being in there so I declined and kept the door locked, by this time my partner was on his way back so when the manager called the room to tell me I wasn't allowed to decline housekeeping I just said we would find somewhere else to stay and we did. This entire experience was downright awful and uncomfortable as all get out. We are never staying here again.

They booked the room git a message that we needed to add the service dog tried to do that they said it would be changed. Drove from oregon to check in and was refused the room because of a service dog. Would not recomend this place at all. Would not give me a room.

The room and bath were truly clean! Someone took pride in how they presented the room and that matters to me. Yes, it’s an older facility but it is well cared for. I am a repeat customer for a reason.

PTSD and TRAUMA FOR SURE

This motel was the worst experience and definitely added a lot of trauma and ptsd. Room was dirty I had to clean it myself. I woke up at 10:30 and I thought my dad had paid for another night already but he didn’t and when I was putting my luggage outside at 11 am the manager named Louis started harassing me and yelling at me telling me he was going to call the police. I had one thing left to do which was changing my clothes. I tried to close to the door for privacy but he refused to close the door so I could change my clothes. I literally had to beg this man to let me change my clothes and to please close the door but he wouldn’t. Just another physcotic tormentive 90$ 1 star motel.

Such a bad place. They could condemn these rooms. They are falling apart. My companion didn’t have an ID, so they said they would have to ban me from renting room in the future as a policy? Are you serious? Just dumb people running a crap hole motel and acting like it’s the ritz Carlton. They are doing me a favor by not ever renting to me again, not that I’d ever consider another stay anyway. Just a bad experience overall.
