Pros: very convenient location, right next to Da’an MRT station. In room safe. Cons: small room (executive suite). No in-room coffee maker - only electric kettle with 3-in-1 instant coffee. A/C unit can only cool, not heat the room. I set the A/C to 30C and it remains in cooling mode and the room never go to above 24C by my estimate.

The best thing about this hotel is the location. The red line is right outside the hotel door and is central to a lot of places. It’s also a really quiet and safe area. My only negative was that the room and linens were not really clean and had stains on them. I had to request to change them several times. The toilet also started smelling bad halfway through our trip. The beds were really hard.

Fantastic location near Daan Station (literally the entrance is outside the hotel door), very friendly and helpful staff. However due to eco friendliness, they don’t offer many toiletries or amenities anymore. Would be even better if they offer coin laundry.

I stayed at Park Taipei a few times years ago, always like it. Been here for a week, it’s just as I remembered, professional, attentive staff, rooms have been nicely renovated since I last visited, hotel is always busy with guests but the front desk staff always efficient. This is one of the most convenient neighborhoods in Taipei - MRT, banks, abundance of restaurants, coffee shops. I will most definitely stay here again!

Great hotel, will for sure recommend

We had 14-day stays and it’s a great hotel. Greta location, hotel just in front of MRT entrance. Very convenient to go anywhere in Taipei. Staff are friendly, always being proactive to provide assistance. Hotel provides bottled water every day in the room. The first day we got the bottled water, we put it in the fridge. Next day we saw the bottled water are in the fridge. It’s a small thing but I think this is sweet that hotel staff noticed our preference. When there were rainy days, hotel provided umbrellas for people to use. This is awesome too. Rooms are soundproof and we barely heard any other room having any sounds.

Wanted to enjoy our stay, but there was a leak in our room and once we notified hotel staff instead of assuring us by moving us to a room that is not flooding they took hours after we came back from our plans to do so. An international call was also charged from our room and honestly it wasn't about the cost but with the less than mediocre stay, they could've at least made us feel better. Just the difference between customer service integrity. There were nice staff and there were stoic staff...couldn't save how I felt about the property already. Location is convenient, probably the only positive part I felt about the stay. I'm fine with never staying again. I've stayed at a better property in the area.

Location right infront of the MRT which made going around alot more convenient. It was a quiet area which was nice, however not too many night eating options close by. The room was spacious and enough for 2 ppl.

The hotel is right off a metro stop and surrounded by breakfast places and resultants. It’s super convenient to get around. The room is in right size for 3 of us and very clean. The service is fantastic. The lightbulb of one lamp was off so I left a note before heading out and it got replaced when we came back at night. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. Overall we had a great time staying in this hotel and will definitely come back again!

The staffs including the check in/out, cleaning and concierge are nice. I satisfied on the services of the hotel, except the restaurant. The restaurant is mainly to serve the local people with meal time limit. I don't know that, and was asked to leave while I just finished half of my meal. They did offer me to box my leftover. But there is no microwave or other heating facilities in the room. I had no choice but waste the food. I did not say anything, and just paid and left. I walked out and found there is small font footnotes under the business hour sign for the meal time limit. But it is hard to see. I suggest them to inform the customers at the time they take our order. Also, I prefer them to ask us to leave in a more polite way instead of providing a cold face for our not to leave on time.
