My husband and I stayed just one night while visiting family. The room was ok but definitely needed some updating. Bed was comfortable but bathroom was dated and the floor was sticky.

This is my second time staying at the best western. First time I only stayed one night two weeks ago for a tournament and the toilet wasn’t flushing properly but the maintenance came and fixed the problem right away and I had a great stay. This time around, I stayed two nights for another tournament And the first night the bed was very loud and every time I moved the bed would squeak so I didn’t sleep very well. That night there was no other room available with two beds so I had to wait until the next day. I was moved to another room and the bed was very comfortable and not squeaky. The breakfast was continental. I would definitely stay here again.

We like this hotel and the location. During this visit we found out that the AC wasn’t working well and the refrigerator didn’t work at all. But we only stayed 1 night (booked and paid for 2 nights) so we ignored it. And booked another hotel for rest of our trip of 5 days.

We are staying in room 311. And there are tiny ants crawling all over the bathroom vanity and sink. The bed is super hard and my husband and I got hardly any sleep. Both of us are sore on our sides.
