No one cleans the room during your stay and you get clean towels from the desk. Renovation is only partly done and the rest of the hotel and rooms are awful. To check in early you pay $20 CASH, which went in the pocket of the desk clerk. Dog poop was on the stairwell landing to the 3rd floor for at least 2 days. The TV in the room, would only change channels going up. The room key took up to 20 swipes to open the room door. The free breakfast was fair. Positives, the 3 staff members are friendly, sheets were soft and there was 1 washer and dryer to use. Wait till renovations are done to book here.

Horrible experience...room had awful odor,carpet in hall all stained,mold on back of bathroom door,and tub was so stained I would not bathe my grandson.Checked out 2 days early and couldn't get paperwork showing that . A total nightmare.No cooperation anywhere! No milk for cereal at breakfast and no one tending the breakfast area. Need I say more?

Bathtub was nasty they assigned me to a room and then five minutes later they said oh it’s not ready. Take this other room. It had a bad smell. It was just a bad experience all around horrible.

Need new furniture in the rooms very old and stained. The drain plug in my room sink didn’t work. Breakfast was very sad all the food very old and stale. Overall if they fix those couple of thing it wouldn’t be too bad. great customer service tho!!!

Room smelled, carpet was very dirty, black curly hairs on bed and in the sink, wall had something black splattered on it, toilet would not stop running. Coffee pot decanter did not fit had to "hold it up" so the coffee would drip out. WAY overpriced !!! they tried to put lipstick on a pig

The front desk person wasn't overly friendly but seemed nice enough, and the sheets were clean but thats about where the compliments end. The condition of the hotel is pretty bad. Our room had water damage on the wall from a fire sprinkler, the tub spout was coming away from the wall and water trickled all night. The tub looked kinda gross as a result, and possibly uncleanable. The whole thing felt like the previous owner (Choice Hotels) gave up on the property and new owners reopened without addressing any issues. It's the kind of hotel I would expect to pay $60 for, not $160.
