I’d already checked out and received this email afterward. I was not happy with my stay. After driving 17 hours, stopping for a few groceries, I’d discovered the refrigerator was not working. I was ready to retire for the evening, nicest up for a repairman. The fridge was replaced. The bodies in the shower was completely empty. The same evening, between 9/930 and midnight, there was loud music below me. Thumping kept me awake from the music and I had to leave in search of earplug's. Day 2, body wash still had not been replenished, and I had to ask for towels because housekeeping didn’t leave me any.
I was given 10,000 points at checkout but, what do they do for me and the huge inconvenience and disappointment at the start of my vacation? Not one thing. I decided to stay with Marriott for the remainder of my trip. In the past, Embassy has always been my preferred hotel. I’ve stayed with this brand in many states in the US. Embassy Brandon Tampa location has left a sour taste and I will not stay, nor will I ever recommend.
