Add arrival I will bypass the attitude of the clerk at the front desk she may have had a bad day. Mostly we were there early in the day got a room went to dinner and set the thermostat so the room was warmer come back and it was colder blowing up cold air. The best the front desk could do was give us more blankets I was told that there were no other rooms available I had mentioned in this big hotel there's nothing available that I walked past three rooms that were empty she goes those for her guests that have not arrived yet but I'm a guest already here I should have priority. The best I got was more blankets. When you decided to stay in the lobby till it was time for bed because our room is so cold The area where there's tables and chairs were locked up we were told that guess we're not allowed to hang around the lobby or use the tables and chairs after a certain hours. What kind of hotel does that.

I’m very disappointed with the customer service at this hotel, especially at the front desk. When I called to ask about the shuttle service, the person who answered was rude, did not provide clear information, and hung up on me several times or left me on hold without explanation. It was very frustrating and unprofessional. Later, when my friends arrived at the hotel (they do not speak English), the front desk showed no willingness to help them, even though they had all the necessary information for check-in. I completely understand that not everyone is required to speak Spanish, but a little more patience and willingness to help would have made a big difference. Fortunately, the manager stepped in and was able to assist them, which we truly appreciated. Customer service truly matters, and unfortunately, this experience did not meet expectations.

Bar was closed, staff was unhelpful, elevator needs servicing it make horrible sounds, people knocking on doors at 3 am. Horrible place to stay.

The staff were awesome and so very helpful. The hotel it self needs a major overhaul. The furniture was banged up and falling apart. Faucets were pitted and damaged. The elevators were not working and we had the use of one, this happened at checkout. We had to carry our suitcases down the stairs which were not well lit and we are no “spring chickens” being in our 70’s.

The hotel must have been incredible in its day. The room is nice and clean but its evident that the furniture is worn out the paint needs to be updated . All in all a freshing up is needed.

Nasty/dirty room, run down / old room and property in bad need of renovation, not kept up well. Area and clientele sketchy. Right next to a strip club. Breakfast super basic (microwaved jimmy dean sandwiches only hot food). Not worth the price at all.

This hotel is way way overdue for a remodel. From the mattress to the bathroom everything is worn out. And at early morning checkout their was no one to give me my receipt.

The room was fine check in was a mess, the staff could care less. Surprise after 3 attempts my key didn’t work a man opened the door. We both had the same room number written on our keys. As a bonus the front desk tried to blame me although on the 3rd trip to the front desk I said nothing but the key doesn't work. But the rooms were fine as long as you don’t have anything that requires a staff member.

Ive stayed in other Ramada hotels and they were good but this one was not Staff was a bit rude. Room was a little old. Restroom didn't flush well. The breakfast could be better. Overall a bit disappointing.

The one star was for the night manager. First off I feel like I was catfished as the photos didn’t match. Show the bar open bar was closed elevators not working except one paint chipping off the bathtub that was painted by a roller brush. Dead roaches, one in the freezer one on the floor beds making cracking sounds have the TV channels didn’t work. Vending machines didn’t work stole your money Biggest thing in the air conditioner, exploded and put smoke into the room or cold smell like smoke and my lungs hurt for the rest of the stay. Besides crackling noise on the beds, they were OK and they were clean and the shower worked fine but I don’t think I’ll ever stay here again.

Elevators make a tremendous amount of noise. Pool, restaurant both closed and not open. In fact not open since Covid. No garbage in bathroom. Ice machines broken. Never ever stay here again. Terrible hotel.

This was the worst hotel room I have ever seen. I did not stay in this hotel. As soon as I open the door I use the bathroom flushed. The toilet toilet did not flush floor is dirty and I wouldn’t be surprised if it had bedbugs. This was a crime scene.

Staff was lovely. Rooms were clean but noisy. Location shows airport shuttle which is why we selected this location. It is not a 24 hour service and therefore we had to use another means of transportaion for an additional fee.
