Add arrival I will bypass the attitude of the clerk at the front desk she may have had a bad day.
Mostly we were there early in the day got a room went to dinner and set the thermostat so the room was warmer come back and it was colder blowing up cold air.
The best the front desk could do was give us more blankets I was told that there were no other rooms available I had mentioned in this big hotel there's nothing available that I walked past three rooms that were empty she goes those for her guests that have not arrived yet but I'm a guest already here I should have priority.
The best I got was more blankets.
When you decided to stay in the lobby till it was time for bed because our room is so cold The area where there's tables and chairs were locked up we were told that guess we're not allowed to hang around the lobby or use the tables and chairs after a certain hours.
What kind of hotel does that.
