Clean hotel, courteous staff, but please be aware that there is nothing around it but empty office buildings and parking lots. It was fine for a one-night stay business trip, but I would not recommend it for anything else. Breakfast was a little on the sparse side.

Wow sadly one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. So gross, down to the plumbing system, rooms were hot, no A/C, they ran out of towels, no one came to our room once over 5 days, the pool they just dump bleach into my daughters hot pink swimsuit turned white. But overall the cleanliness was just so bad.

Amenities were outstanding. Breakfast was great. The disrespect and the threats that I received from Deidre Trotman, shacara, and Delisha were unbelievable.I will not allow my employees to be treated in such an ill manner. This visit was a test and they failed. Lastly, they not only bullied myself but they bullied Candace. I pray ownership takes wind of this situation and remedies it. It wasnt just me that has been treated in such an ill manner. I will be reaching out to corporate.

Overall the stay was ok. I was disappointed that my shower didn’t work and was not fixed after I repotted it. I ultimately had to change rooms. The second room had a more comfortable bed. The first room the bed had a big dip on the one side Breakfast was eh. Both times I was there the half and half was gone and never refilled. The Coffee was lukewarm. So it was just OK
