Living room contains TV and sleeper sofa pullout with a full size bed. The condo also has its own private covered parking spot, so no more hot seats! There are other public access boat ramps nearby. Our building is well maintained it has a heated pool, shuffleboard court, barbecue grill, beach volleyball' and tiki bar, literally everything!
