The TV worked about 50% of time. No A/C, which we were not informed of ahead of time. We were traveling with our dog, hot experience for her. The window would not lock, not safe at all. The staff was helpful, when they were there. We paid for 2 nights, got locked out the 2nd day, and had to climb through the window to get in and waited 5 hours for the staff to get back on sight to get the card reactivated. Wasted 5 hours of our vacation waiting, which should not have happened to begin with, since we paid for 2 days, not one.

We did not get a king bed as reserved. The facility is run down and the entrance to the facility was blocked by a guy working on a motorcycle. No AC and no screen on window. Floor tile in shower very slippery

Doesn’t look like the pictures on the website. Parking lot so full of holes it was hard to park. No one in the lobby to check us in - or the two people waiting before us. Bed comfortable, however: tv didn’t work, refrigerator missing, no ice in ice machine, no phone, no coffee maker. Would never ever stay again.

Forst room we checked into was not clean because of the new house keeper. Staff apologized and upgraded our stay. Staff was kind and understanding. There is a $190 pending charge on my card that seems to be a reoccurring problem with that system.

OK but many things to be improved

Stay here for one night. The room is spacious but needs to be maintained. The bed cover, sheets and towels have stains. The bathroom is good but no hair dryer is provided. When I entered the room, the table was not cleaned. WiFi did not work during the most time of my stay. Front desk is friendly. Only coffee was provided in the lobby but no breakfast.

Staff was very nice! Check in was very difficult because of new card readers. Breakfast is advertised and was not available. The TV was a total nightmare and I ended up not even watching. Wi-Fi was poor and there was a power out each morning that I left. Room was clean, but there wasn’t enough power for the microwave refrigerator and coffee pot.
