Awesome hotel. Only thing letting it down is the check in process with the key app. It takes way too long! We checked in on a Sunday evening & it took 20mins to check in because it took so long for the people in front of us to sort out the app. Its ridiculous, get rid of it. Give yr guests a damn key card.

Hi we stsyed one night and also had dinner in the onsite restaurant. The check-in was excellent. The waiting staff were superb in the restaurant. Our 2 waiters jacob and ross were absolutely awesome. Jacob went out of his way to give us impeccable service. Not saying ross didnt he did as well. But Jacob was our main waiter I would highly recommend trinity wharf.
