This place was amazing with a restaurant connected to it with amazing lobster rolls and a bar also connected with the best $5 stone crab claws. Also had a beautiful walking area near the water and chairs outside near a fire pit. The only complaint is the bed/pillows were a little uncomfortable but other than that we loved it!

Great place, beautiful view of the creek behind our room, even saw a Manatee! Staff was very friendly and informative my room was large & beds very comfortable, it was very quiet. I only saw one pool (they have 2) and it was very clean and nice. There were only a couple issues I had 1. No hot water - It gets lukewarm if you wake around 5am but otherwise fridgidly cold! Sadly made showering impossible. 2. The TV connection wasn't great, the shows skipped or went to a screen saying "no connection" every 5-10 min. 3. Floors weren't terribly clean-I had to toss my white socks when I got home. But everything else was very clean. However, for what I needed it was liveable and I will happily stay here again!

This hotel has a freeway on one side and a waterway on the other. The canal is full of fish sharks and dolphin and manatee. Amazing! But the freeway roars the whole time. And some of the staff would not allow me to have a towel without leaving my ID. And they were often rude and dismissive. The property texted me to see if I would be checking in early. So then I replied yes I willl check in early. Then I arrived to find that the place was mostly empty but they kept saying the room wasn’t ready. They leSo wonderful and so crappy at once.

Disappointing

The customer service was wonderful but the property was worn. The area with the refrigerator was crudely improvised and the air conditioner was very noisy, made worse by the lack of carpet. The locks on the doors could have been easily broken through. The smell of cleaning products didn't quite cover up the old house odors. There were no windows to look out of.

Front door opened right on the water, with boat hook-ups if needed. Quiet and clean room, car parking was a little cozy, but spaces were available. Non-smoking was much appreciated, but our neighbors smoked on their front porch, so the wind blew it right onto our front porch. No sitting or even having the door open if they were out smoking.

This property has potential however the office staff was abrupt and the property was filthy. Garbage and cleaning supplies were laying everywhere including toilet paper by the steps to go up to the second floor. In addition it was alarming to see and smell employees smoking pot on the grounds.

Definatley would reccomend to anybody, spent 5 nights there and was by far the best place i have ever stayed in the keys. Simple yet perfect! The waterway is very relaxing along with the grilling and sitting area. Rooms were VERY clean and didnt stink, it was very quiet and not full of a bunch of partying 20 year olds. I will definatley be back! You will not be disappointed i promise!

Table with coffee maker did not have a plug nearby. dresser drawers didn't work properly, pillows rock hard, towels were very old and thin, asked for room cleaning and it did not happen, had to hunt down staff for towels and they requested I bring dirty towels to them in order to get clean towels. next day asked again for room cleaning and it didn't happen until after 5pm. Cheryl at desk was wonderful. room size was good. shower control was broken.
