Each morning, enjoy your coffee from the balcony off the living room, while taking in the picturesque sunrise. Listen to the sounds of nature in the protected mangrove area. Our condo is also conveniently located between Islamorada and Key Largo (10 miles away from each) and one of the closest Keys to the major airports of Miami (69 miles) and Ft. Lauderdale (98 miles)!

Onsite you will also find a waterfront marina, tennis/pickleball courts, recreational area, BBQ grills, picnic tables and a small play area for children. Take a stroll along the pier or throw in a line from the dock while watching the fishermen come and go in the private marina. The exclusive marina, with a boat ramp and fish cleaning station attracts many boaters to Ocean Pointe (spaces are limited and must be reserved, for a fee, ahead of time through the Ocean Pointe dockmaster). For your convenience, there is also WiFi throughout the resort and in your condo.

YOUR 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo is more beautiful than the pictures reflect. The bathroom features a tiled step-in shower with rainfall shower head and blow dryer. The kitchen boasts stainless appliances, a brand new counter top, breakfast bar with NEW island seating for three and tropical cabinetry/decor. The living room has a flat screen tv, comfy queen-size gel-sleeper sofa, tropical dinette set and overlooks the beautiful protected mangroves which spill into the aqua-blue waters of ocean. Many will soon enjoy morning coffee outside on the quaint balcony with high-rise seats. A stocked kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and cookware to prepare everything you need for a quick snack, special meal or tropical drink. The quaint bedroom features a comfortable KING-sized bed with new sheets, blankets, quilt, dresser, bedside tables, and flat screen tv.

Our unit is conveniently located on the second floor and visitors can use either the stairs or the elevator. We are the Sailfish III Building and are CLOSEST to the Jr. Olympic-sized/heated pool area, with 12 person hot tub. Privately owned and managed, unlike many others, you will find custom touches with furniture and design. You will also appreciate your very own in-unit washer & dryer, cable tv, central heat & A/C, beach towels, and a starter supply of paper and cleaning products.

Mangroves, while peaceful, may be in process of being cut back. The views vary according to season and landscape changes. For added security, we have an outdoor Ring camera on the outside of the door. The poolside bar (with lite bite menu) is NOW OPEN again! The small marina cafe is undergoing renovations and is currently closed. Note- there are many amazing restaurants just minutes away. We also have a stocked kitchen and Ninja blender. Note - there will be some balcony work done to resurface and repaint floors in our building from Sept - early October. Balconies were stabilized two years ago with reinforcements. However work is occurring that may be somewhat noisy on resurfacing floor and repaint. If work is done on OUR balcony during your stay (5 days expected)- you will be refunded a portion. Note - we do not know exact dates, thus we are sharing with all guests ahead of time. Also note that most guests are outside at the pool etc during working hours of M-F (8 am- 5 pm) So, it might not affect many guests if you plan to be outdoors , while in the Keys, during the days.
