Front desk profiling

Front desk manager was cordial checking us in. We went to dinner and upon our return, not even 15min he was at our door talking about noise levels and then weed smoking. Mind you we just got in and was getting undressed , my partner was watching tv. I felt profiled and we never smoked in their property. Very weird experience

There was no one at the desk and no way to get a person to the desk. The person that finally came to the desk was a little rude, when I asked why she had to run my card again, when it was already paid for.
