Staff was awesome. The room is much smaller than expected. Had a weird smell. Bed was thin and uncomfortable. Oh yeah, no comforter. I don’t know why I thought it would be better for $200 a night. I was trying to save money. Live and learn.

Friendly staff and helpful. The room could be cleaner, no shampoo or body wash in the room. Expensive area for staying, this hotel charges pretty high but not providing the service comparable to others. I may stay again but I would look for another option next time.

The staff was amazing and respectful it was just the thin walls. The mattress was hard. Did not rest at all because it was constant noises. I believe a dog was next door. It was barking. I believe in the early morning the dog must gkt stepped on because of the sound it made. Overall it was okay.

Nice clean room in a great location and good mid week price. The low budget rooms do not have a fridge or micro wave but still a good deal. Property is very well lit and secure.

Do not stay on the first floor here. A perfect reason to stay here is that this motel is right next to Old Town Temecula, lots of shops and restaurants and walk paths. Unfortunately, many loud people come in late from the surrounding bars. It's great if you are staying rather than driving home under the influence....but please be respectful of everyone else. Management needs to do better.
