We checked in just fine, nice young lady at the desk. Got up to the room and immediately noticed no sheets, blanket or pillow for the pull out couch for our son. After about thirty in the room went to bathe our son only to find a bite of some kind on his back. He had been in the car eight hours before hand so no way he got from the ride. Further the room was musty and definitely must have had cats bc it was very hard for my wife and I to breath in there (room 232), had to run to the store and get Benadryl. Through out the night both my wife and I were super itchy lots of skin bites when we awoke. Not to mention none of the lights in the room worked. Assistant Manager said something about maybe a card not being plugged in. Didn’t know anything about it, wasn’t explained upon check in. No real water pressure either, hot water non existent. Just an overall bad experience. I have been in the industry over 30 years and by far one of our worst experiences thus far.

The hotel is new and has an upscale feel. Breakfast was good. It would be nice to have the room cleaned every day, however.

This hotel is awesome. The location is great, very close to downtown and very good drive to all the winaries. The staff are so friendly and attentive. Their breakfast has good varieties and good quality. They have a social time (wine and great snacks) Monday to Friday in the evening. The hotel is remodeled and upgraded. The rooms are specious. Highly recommend to stay here.

We came for a soccer tournament as did many other families. I imagine that is quite common given the location to the soccer fields to the hotel. Well the pool, gym area and the halls were filled with loud, rowdy boys ages maybe 6-13? A few of the boys kept knocking on our door and running off. Parents didn’t have any control over their kids and lets them be. Saturday evening the gym was filled with probably 7 kids using the gym equipment inappropriately, running much faster than they could handle, barefoot 😬 We were not as bothered by all this, but it’s something to think about when coming to the area in general, not just THIS hotel What was disappointing was that The outdoor games in pictures from reviews were nowhere to be found, and social hour is only Monday Wednesday and Friday. All that said, hotel staff was kind, helpful and the breakfast was amazing. Rooms are spacious. Free washer dryer was a plus (bring your own pods and fabric softener)

**Review of Staybridge Suites Temecula** I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Staybridge Suites in Temecula, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the clean and well-maintained property. The lobby was welcoming, and the staff was friendly and eager to assist, making the check-in process smooth and efficient. The cleanliness of the hotel is truly commendable. My suite was spotless and well-appointed, featuring a comfortable bed, a functional kitchen area, and plenty of space to relax. Service staff was professional and polite-When I used the lobby restroom I was greeted with a giant turd in the stuffed up commode because they turned the water off! Gets better-I got to take an ice cold shower-and before I left used the bathroom and what do you know? The water was turned off again! So I returned the favor! Unbelievable-The Desk clerk was very nice!

I found out at checkout that they don’t offer room cleaning on weekends. I also didn’t like that they allow dogs in the dining area. One guest was feeding her dogs on the tables. Another guest was holding his dog and serving himself at the breakfast buffet. Lastly, people left trash bags and a plunger outside their rooms and the trash remained there all weekend.

My family and I loved this hotel a lot. The staff is nice! Super comfortable beds! Very clean! The hand shower nozzle needs improvement, it would not stand in place. The other shower nozzle only had a bit of water come out. But other than that everything else was great! Breakfast was okay! Would come again!
