See my other reviews, even though I was a frequent customer and always received my confirmations before they changed email address and it went to my junk mail. Early on I tried to cancel the reservation but I could not find one. Looked in my email. There was no email for confirmation. They decided it would be a great idea to bill me for five nights for a trip that I did not even make. I can understand one night, even though it was not my fault, but all five nights is just unethical.
