Room was clean, bed very comfortable. I like the mirror lights and the luggage bench with hooks above. Sufficient bathroom counter space. Needed some maintenance: toilet wouldn’t stop running, shower doors off their runners so that we could barely open them, and the air unit was very loud.

Room: bed was very comfortable, liked the window shades which kept the room dark. Bathroom needed cleaning, stuff on wall. Entryway flooring was tiled, but loose and some cracked. Breakfast was okay, area was clean.

I had a reservation for a mobility access Roll in shower. I called the day before to confirm my reservation. On my check in they did not have a mobility access roll in shower, and I was unable to take a shower. I cannot physically get my leg over into a tub.

Good but not great

Price was affordable and our stay was fine. Experienced a roach when we first walked in the door. Had broken tiles in the bathroom floor. Other little things that had obviously not been taken care of. But our family of 6 slept comfortably and the staff were very friendly.
