The room was clean and well staffed with towels and soap items. Beds were clean and comfortable. The only real problem was the shade on the window was torn/ stuck down so you couldn’t open it to look out,

The staff was not the friendliest of staff. I normally never have issues but they were not very welcoming. We checked into our room and the left for our party. We arrived back at the hotel very late and our rooms ac didn’t work. Had to go down stairs and have our room changed and it was like we were bothering her. They were finally able to move us rooms but this should not have ever been an issue to start with.
