Staff was extraordinarily kind, friendly and helpful in every way. The young woman who greeted and checked us in was so helpful and even provided me with a toothbrush and toothpaste when I forgot mine. The room was spotless and the view nice. Only complaint is that it's time for a new mattress...ours was quite lumpy and not supportive. Overall, reasonable value for one night stay.

The customer service at check-in and breakfast was excellent. Convenient to downtown restaurants. This is an older hotel, refurbished. We discovered a disabled fire alarm in our room (battery out, wires hanging down.)
