The area around the inn is seedy at best. The. View of the dam spectacular. Breakfast not appetizing. Pool Did not look clean. Hodge page of tiny shampoo and shower gel.

Had a lovely stay when I was in town for work. Just a short drive from their downtown, It sits along a very small road just near the outskirts of town. Rooms were clean and serviced daily, staff was very welcoming and friendly. Definitely will stay there again when working in the area.

This is an old-fashioned motor hotel with a fantastic view of the Columbia Ri!ver and the Dalles Dam. Each room is large and has a great view

An aging motel in an out-of-the-way location that's unwalkable to almost anything. The rooms and baths have been recently updated and are nicely appointed.The rooms, however, are quite small. The pool appeared to have green water with trash floating in it. Still, this works for a fast night's sleep in the middle of a road trip.

We loved staying here. We only stayed for one night, and we did not score one of the river view rooms. We recommend to ask for a top room as you can hear people walking in the rooms above. But, the facilities very clean, the staff super friendly. The snacks, food and drinks worked out great for us. Plus, the life music on the patio a huge bonus. Totally recommend sraying here!!

In room A/C unit

The unit is too close to the bed. It blows right on the occupant. Switch the bed to the end where the TV is vice versa. It will be more comfortable whether it is summer or winter. Otherwise, out stay was great. Just couldn’t sleep.

My room was cleaned. The pool was clean. The view was spectacular nice and quiet secluded the restaurants nearby have a wide array of food choices to pick from you can see Mount Hood from here and overlook The Dalles Dam.

Although our room had no view, there is a beautiful outside patio with a stunning view. We ate our evening meal and our morning breakfast overlooking the Columbia river and the dam.

A good, not great, stay. A nice location perched on a hillside, overlooking the river and The Dalles dam. Room was small with a view of the parking lot. Toilet did not shut completely off. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was about average for this class of properties. Pool was "closed for the winter."
