Staff was friendly and room was clean. Good vibes, not seedy at all. The building was a bit run down, but such is expected from a budget hotel. The room itself had newer flooring, which shows they are likely working to update the building. I do feel I paid about $20 too much per night for a hotel of this caliber, but overall it was okay and I would stay there again.

The beds were very uneven and lumpy and the breakfast was very simple: packaged pastries, fruit cups, the dregs of a pitcher of OJ, and two remaining yogurt cups. The place is fine, but overpriced for the condition of the beds and breakfast.

Friendly environment

The staff was friendly. The room was comfortable. The last morning after staying there for 3 days no coffee but they did have yogurt, muffins, danish and fruit cup. The gentleman said they had a problem with the electrical so no coffee. The price was right so we definitely would stay again. As I said the staff was friendly. Close to restaurants

We were very disappointed first of all, in the limited and almost non existent breakfast options and breakfast bar in general. The room was uninviting, there was literally just a couple fruit cups and no hot water. We noticed upon entering the room, that the smoke detector as ripped out. They did replace it a day later. Of course, it should have been taken care of before they rented us the room. Certainly the cleaning staff should've noticed it. The counters in the room were not clean or wiped.

We stayed for 2 nights. The room was not cleaned between the nights. There was no muffins or juice the second morning. The clerk said they were busy and ran out. We did not receive Windom Rewards because we booked the room on line. This seems unfair.

My opinion

Everything was clean, comfortable, staff was friendly. Coffee wasn’t hot, hate the tiny, tiny muffins and the tiny yogurts.
