I had to waitb10 minutes at thevfront desk checking in for someonevto help. I almost left and now I wish I had. After I was checked in my room smelled very musty. Thevwalls were wet like it had not been climate controlled. After getting the room settled I found that the TV did not work. After about 15 minutes the clerk came and tried to get it to work but could not. She then left and said she would bevright back. Instead 15 to 20 minutes later she called and asked if I wanted to move to another room. It was 10:30 pm at this timevso I said no thank you. The next morning I wentbto breakfast with my 2 kids and they had nothing but cerial for the so called free breakfast. They were out of the waffle mix so we couldn't even have those. When I went to checkout I had to wait 20 minutes until some one came to take the key. I ask for a receipt but she said the printerbwas broken. I have stayed in a great deal of different hotels, motels and Inns, but this dive was the worst ever. I apoligized to my family for being penny pinching, but even for $112.00 for tge night I have gotten far better. I would rather sleep in my car than stay here again. Hotels.com should check these places out before recommending them.

You pay for what you get.

Didn't react with staff that much, but when I arrived they found me in system but wanted to charge me again even though I paid online. You pay for what you get I guess. Overall condition of room was awful. Found hairs on bed sheets and room walls were chipped and some stains on wall. Overall cleanliness of outside was not great. Stairs and walkway were a hazzard because of water coming out of each rooms air condition units. You could hear the large semi trucks passing by outside. Breakfast? I just toasted some bread on butter and called it a day. Again, you seriously pay for what you get and I knew going in that the place might be a dumpster fire, but I knew I wasn't going to stay that much in the room for the quick 2 days I was there and needed something very cheap.

Staff is welcoming and helpful. Great pool. Nice clean room. So convenient location right off 95. Next door is Popeyes Chicken and IHOP. Cracker Barrel across the street. Aldi's a short drive. Several gas and convenience options. Loved that breakfast had a make your own waffle bar(fresh and hot, yay)and a good selection of other items.

the staff was pretty good at check in. but the room was dirty, most of that was an extremely dirty floor that you didn't want to walk on barefoot or with socks. I forgot to bring slippers so i had to wear shoes while inside

Poor serive

Someone was parked dead center of the front entrance cover preventing others from using the cover and having to get drenched in the down pour. No one was checking in or out. So the truck had no purpose being there. The front clerk just chuckled. Later on, went to front desk because the room had no coffee pot. There was no one there. Other people were there trying to check in. I had to call the 1-800 number to try to find someone to come. The place could have been robbed.
