Perfect hotel and location after landing at Haneda for a quick stop over before Hokkaido. The check in and out process was smooth and the hotel location was perfect. We caught a free shuttle to this hotel terminal for a domestic flight and we were off the next day were were on our way. I appreciate the hotel being able to accommodate adjoining rooms as my other adult children were traveling with us. We opted for the breakfast buffet and it was delicious. Many options for Japanese and also western food. All toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toothpaste & even a razor and shaving cream) were provided. We are from the US and their English was good. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice place. Good for travel to or from HND terminal 2. Walkable to Terminal 1 (~20 min) via the underground walkway, but need shuttle bus to terminal 3. Underground train is also available for IC or buy ticket. Many restaurants and some convenient stores in the airport.

Easy Access to Haneda Airport Departures T2

I chose this hotel purely for its access to the International Departure gate. There is a door accessing Domestic departures and then it is about a 10 min walk to international departures. Hotel is just a 20 min taxi drive from Shinagawa station and checking in was very easy with fully automated desk. The room was modern and comfortable although the bathroom was a bit dated with plastic bath an shower head. Restaurant and bar shuts at 10:30pm and there is nothing open in the Departure area unlike Terminal 3, which is open very late. Breakfast had a relatively good choice but it wasn't spectacular. Overall it was very convenient for an early departure from T2 but probably not worth the money. If you can spare the extra 10 min shuttle bus journey, The Royal Park Hotel at Terminal 3 is lower cost and with better facilities and more modern rooms.
