Highly recommended.

The check in process using the automated machines is smooth and easy. The staff assisted me with their limited English and were very helpful. Toiletries are placed in the lobby to take up to your room. Pajamas are supplied in the floor of your room. My room was Tokyo sized and cozy. The bathroom was compact, but it had everything I needed. As a side sleeper, the firm bed was quite uncomfortable. I had asked for extra pillows when I made my reservation through Hotels.com, but either the website didn't send my request or the hotel didn't honor it. Not sure who's at fault here. At least I was able to "rent" an extra pillow by chance. The room had a TV, mini fridge, and small desk. I had to request extra hangers due to the fact the room only had 2, and nowhere else to place my clothes. It was quite tight for my luggage as well. Overall everything was great. The location is perfect. Only 3 minutes away from Kanda station that has the Ginza, Yamanote, Chuo, and Keihin Tohoku lines. Pretty much you can get anywhere to Tokyo in 20-30 minutes without any trouble. My only complaint though is that the hotel didn't really change out my cups and mugs, and had to request replacements all the time. I would recommend.

Amazing welcoming staff who go above and beyond. This is a basic hotel in a business district. It was nice to come home to after a full day of travel. Cycling Holidays Japan is nearby for good bike tours and hotel is walking distance to Imperial palace. I would stay again. Only con is they don’t have enough washer/dryers and it’s hard to get a spot in line.

Overall the room wasn’t too small. Carpet was peeling where the chair came out of the desk. Could hear salarymen yelling after izakaya, but overall pretty good. Bidet wasn’t as good as APAs ToTo washlets. Body wash drys your hands like crazy

In an excellent more local area but just minutes away from the Tokyo Loop line. Many restaurants in the area. Great amenities in the lobby, handy laundry, comfortable beds and great use of space in a small room. Would stay again.

My friend and I were visiting from Canada and I would say this was probably my favourite hotel stay out of our entire trip. Our hotel was in a quiet area, yet really close to a lot of food places, a 7/11 (which is a travel essential) and multiple train lines. The staff was very accommodating and kind, and I always felt like I was in good hands. We also had breakfast included in our stay and the spread was always varied and delicious. I would definitely stay here again.
