All hot items on breakfast buffet were either tepid, or outright cold. Cold items only mediocre. Gentleman at check in was nice. Woman at check out not helpful - I am from the West Coast and unfamiliar with toll roads. Asked woman at checkout about whether I had to pay cash, could use a credit card, or if they photograph my license plate and send a bill for the tolls due. Her answer: “I don’t know”. That was it. She lives there, there was a toll road less than a mile from the hotel, yet she acted like she had never been on a freeway. Just “I don’t know” and done. Ridiculous. For anyone else new to toll roads, I had to pay immediately with credit card in Ohio, but driving across NY, they photograph your license and send you a bill.

A nice stop for our family trip

The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The room was oddly designed with the bathroom facing one of the beds, and it was a sliding door so it didn't really close. Breakfast was great! Checking out was easy.

Very nice hotel. All staff were super friendly. Breakfast was great - plenty and varied. Rooms very clean - quiet at night (even with lots of children around!).

Barn door for a bathroom. Absolutely no privacy. Gaps on both sides and no lock. No fan in bathroom. Also pet friendly but charge $75. Do you charge extra for kids? They can leave just as much of a mess as a dog who was crated the whole time while in the room.

Breakfast was ok, 30 minute wait. The bathrooms have sliding doors instead of actual doors that shut all the way.
