This was by far the worst experience. There was long black hair in the bed and shower. Then the light fixture in the bathroom fell out the ceiling and hit me in the head. And the power went out twice. At check out there was no clerk around for me to speak with so i had to leave a note. After getting my son checked in at school i went back to speak with some one and was told by the clerk AJ Ferguson that everything was taken care of. Whatever that means! He refused to let me take a picture of the screen for verification.

Arrived at the property to check in. No one was at the desk for several minutes. The lobby was dimly lit. Check in went smooth but I decided to check out room before we brought our stuff in. The room appeared to be clean. The shower was either dirty or bottom of tub was stained a grayish color. There was a strange smell. You could look down from the second floor at the indoor pool and it was cloudy with obvious areas of dirt in the bottom. I went back to the front desk to cancel the room. Again it was several minutes before someone appeared. The cancelled my room with no issues- if you cancel within 30 mns of check in it is a full refund.

Nice for the two night stay

The room was as we wanted, clean no odor, clean towels, beds where comfortable and clean as well, breakfast was good but needs unflavered creamer for coffee, may I suggest half & half , the one complaint would be the pool, there was no filter system and water seemed cloudy and unclean so we choose not to get in...

It was fine. Nothing special. Room was fine. Bed was comfortable. The staff didn’t know if they had hair dryers. Elevators and hallways were very worn and looked they were not vacuumed regularly.

The hotel we booked was not the rooms we got. We were put in a second building which was a motel with doors to the outside. Our kids were in a second room on the 2nd floor. Hot tub was broken and the breakfast area was not working one of the days, so we were not able to eat breakfast before my daughters graduation.

We were hit with a strong odor of stale smoke in the hallway outside our room. The room itself smelled of stale pet odor. The smoke smell dissipated over the 3 days we were there and the room was fine after the AC was on. The sink in our room was clogged. For the price, it was fine. There was a free breakfast included, which helped with the overall stay.

This property was in need of a remodel. Our door handle fell off, the wall had plaster on it and the bathtub was gross. I asked to talk to a manager - called twice and asked at checkout but still have not heard from anyone.

Very upset. We booked this hotel because it had a hot tub. When we got here the hot tub was cemented in and clearly not in use. They didn’t seem to care we were upset. I think we should get refunded or partially refunded for not being told the hot tub was no longer in use. Will never stay again
