The blankets had blood spots on one of our beds in the room. That was pretty disgusting. There was no microwave in our room which was really inconvenient. The pool water was cloudy/dirty looking. And the wifi was really low quality, my son could not play his games on his tablet. Other then that casino was fun, food was delicious.

The hotel room was really nice. The reason I am only giving it four stars is because the room was not ready when we arrived! I was partially handicap ( ankle boot after a recent surgery) so it was quite painful walking to the registration desk 3 times to check to see if the room was ready. I played on the gambling floor while waiting for the room to open up. I ended up calling the registration desk from the floor instead of hobbling to the desk and waiting in line. All of that was very painful only to be rejected. Around 5 o'clock, the room was finally ready. Very spacious and clean, so that was a plus after a long day of driving and waiting.

We ate at the Mexican restaurant at the food court and it was the worst food we have ever eaten--it was not hot, it was overcooked and very bland,. Another person in our party at at the Asian restaurant and it was awesome. We made our reservation on Expedia--for 3 people and when we checked it, they said we had not paid enough(supposedly for only 2 people) so they charged us more upon arrival

Our room was very nice and beautiful view of the mountains. But we spent an entire week without our TV working; the hotel said they were having trouble with their service and working on it - zero for the whole week. Otherwise it was great.

Staff was very rude to my husband regarding their no-alcohol policy yet they allowed people to smoke directly in their doorways. Rooms were NOT as described. The pictures of the Huckleberry Suite featured lush robes, towels, linens. There were no robes, Front Desk said they were not available. The towels had holes in them and were very old. The linens were not luxury Egyptian cotton as stated but rather tired old motel linens. Casino is very small. Refrigerator did not work. Only 3 pillows available for king size bed. Bathtub leaked and very little hot water. Front Desk staff was cordial but not above and beyond. The only reason we didn’t leave without staying was because we were there for a show—which was great—highly doubt I will ever come back here.

Nice room really enjoyed the soaking tub. Enjoyed the 2 hour spa experience. The valet service was awesome. The sea food buffet was good would have been better if they had the macarons for dessert. The lobster claws were over cooked and gritty. The bellhops were friendly and very nice. All in all a very nice experience.
