Clean and tidy, generally good location and staff were friendly and helpful. The included kitchenette had no equipment at all despite advertising a kitchen in the room so it was not usable at all.

It is not my first time there , every one was nice and helping but this time was not good one .. the lay out of the studio different than what had before , sink was outside the rest room Bed need to be renewed , it was making a noise with every move , really it was hard to sleep .. mattress was uneven .. I spoke to the front desk and she gave me another studio with the same layout , bed was even worse than the current one .. I told her it is even worse but she said it is what they have for now , I did not change my studio because the other one was basically same ..

The mattress is too soft, hurting my lower back. The fridge was making a huge noisy during the night, so I turned it off. The daily cleaning is a joke…They only fold the bed sheets and collect the garbage. No vacuum or change of sheets and towels. The pros is the neighbourhood. A lot of good places to eat and shopping.

Very big nice room. The view is amazing and you can eat breakfast on the terrace and it is gorgeous. The staff was nice too

Trying to find the parking initially (on level P2) was very poorly instructed by signs. The receptionist, when I called, was not very helpful and couldn't explain the hassle of getting my car parked and then taking the elevator to the 12th-floor reception. Overall, it is a good suite hotel with a kitchen and washer/dryer facilities in the suite if needed. The continental breakfast was average at best.

We got stuck in the elevator with our kids for nearly 2hrs. We did not have any wifi (connection in whole building is terrible), no cell service and the intercom works poorly, at best. We just wanted some confirmation that help was on the way, but communication was very poor and security took 45mins to even come acknowledge we were stuck - even then he mumbled a few words then left. Staff seemed to find the ordeal funny, said the elevators are sensitive and they sometimes do get stuck. On top of that the room was just ok and beds are small and uncomfortable. I asked for contact info to email the manager. I was given a general email address (after repeatedly asking for manager's personal email) to which i have gotten zero reply. All around a terrible experience. Zero stars, do not recommend.

The hotel lobby is a bit confusing. You go into the building and take the elevator up to the hotel lobby. There’s sign at the counter. Free onsite parking garage. There’s a big international grocery store in the building connected to the hotel building. Very convenient for cooking if you don’t want to eat out. There’s a kitchen inside the room but no pot/pans/ or any cooking utensils. We booked the 2 bedrooms suite. It’s actually a true 1 bedroom and the other bed is actually in the living room. With real Toronto traffic it takes about 1 hr to get to downtown Toronto from the hotel. The area has a lot of restaurants and many shoppings. The area and the hotel is safe. Clean. Easy to get around. The breakfast buffet is nice. Basic breakfast foods. The staffs are nice and helpful. Overall my family and I enjoyed our stays.
