Everything was great except for the very loud banging noise that persisted ALL NIGHT both nights we were there. I'm not sure if it was construction outside or what but it was very loud and hard to sleep. Otherwise it was a great hotel.

The service was exceptional. The room was beautiful and so well appointed. My only complaint was that the feather/ firm pillows smelled mildewed or something. The other pillows were fine. Thanks for the great stay.

The room seemed slightly dated, curtains torn at the top and there was only one bedside unit which is not ideal when there are two people in the bed. The bathroom was a bit small but fine. Television was placed in a strange spot which was moved. Lovely views though. When checking in we weren't told about the "CAD 20 food and beverage (soft drinks) credit per stay" and had to look up the hotel booking to realise. Staff were friendly and helpful Hotel is in a good location though, close to the underground, trams, Scotiabank arena & Rogers Center/CN Tower.
