Perfect location and perfect hotel

Travelling in the middle of winter, it was so convenient to be able to use the PATH to get around Toronto, which is directly accessible from the hotel. The rooms are fantastically well appointed, the leisure facilities are great and the restaurant serves amazing food and drink. What more could you want!

We stayed just one night. I liked that you need access to the elevators via room key after a certain time, and everybody was very friendly! The only complaints I have include some cleanliness/updating issues. There were a few stains on the ottoman, and the cabinets had water stains on them. Not a huge problem though, just being picky. The main concern was our heating/cooling system. No matter how low of a temp I turned the air to, it was still 71 degrees F. We had the window opened to let cool air in and it helped a little bit, but it was hard to sleep with the sounds of the city and the window open. So, I just wish the air was colder and we didn’t have to play around with it. Other than that, everything was fine!

Great Location, spacious room with a beautiful view. We love the fact that we walk through the underground path from union station to the hotel. The only thing that we missed in the room is a mirror. The only mirror is in the bathroom.

This hotel is in a great location--easily walkable to many Toronto attractions (Mirvish theatres, St. Lawrence Market, Eaton Centre etc). Stayed in a Historic Double suite for 2 nights with my husband and teenage daughter. Check in and check out went smoothly, staff were friendly and helpful. Decor in the room is a little dated and worn but room was clean overall. We had to request more towels (only provided enough for 2 guests--though the room was for 4) and we noticed the body wash was empty and not replenished after housekeeping--we had brought our own so was not an issue but feel like it should be something that it checked between guests. Just minor things and we had a great stay overall. Didn’t use the hotel amenities (gym or dining) and parked off-site much cheaper than using the hotel lot.

Had an enjoyable stay - hotel feels upscale but not too fancy. My suite was clean and spacious. No extra frills like robes, slippers, etc. and bathroom is tiny and a bit dated. One thing missing that I always appreciate in a hotel room is a full length mirror! But great location, great breakfast from the cafe, and very friendly staff. A pretty good choice for the price!

Unfortunately there was alot of construction going on outside of hotel which hampered getting in and out of hotel parking. Location is excellent and hotel clean, and staff friendly.
