A beautiful place to stay in Toronto. Our room was clean and had a grat view. The staff were all kind and helpful. With Scotiabank arena, and many other places of interest, being a very short walk away, I will definitely be stay again!

This hotel is located in the old Dominion bank with a lot of historical architecture preserved. Lots to explore and see by itself. Let alone it is minutes away from Union Station, St Lawrance market and Eaton centre. It was a joy staying at a higher floor with the stunning view

The staff in the dinning area/bar are fantastic, they always treat us like long lost friends. Ellsworth definitely has a great team, Jermaine and I love to see them. P.s. the food is fantastic!! The young guy/doorman and the older doorman alwasy remember us and make us feel welcomed. Everything is within a short walking distance to the hotel. We can't wait to go back around Christmas, they do such a beautiful job setting up for the holidays!

It's a great hotel for location and the staff is great. The historic aspects of the hotel are super cool and the bank lobby is a great vibe. The attached cafe is excellent. The rooms are nice and clean - bathroom showers are a bit old and the room layout is weird in that the toilet is about 2 feet from the bed which I don't love but that might just have been our room.
