The first room I was assigned smelled strongly of animals. I moved to another room. It was less of an odor but still there. The rooms and hotel need to be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, carpet replaced and more rules about pets using the bathroom in the rooms. Elevator and halls smelled strongly of weed. I travel frequently and this was one of the worst stays in recent memory.

What's up?

Three minutes after my check-in, I received a notice of fraudulent use of my credit card. I would normally assume there was a coincidence. However, the agent said he was having trouble with the hotel computer. He kept banging the mouse and switching computers. He would not make eye contact. It took him ten minutes to check me in. He was also unable to provide adjacent rooms or even rooms on the same floor. I reported my concerns to the manager the next day and to my credit card company.

Comfortable stay. The rooms were clean, breakfast was good, and there are plenty of areas for shopping/food near by. The pool area is in need of a good cleaning and an update. We only spoke with the front desk one time, the woman working wasn’t overly friendly. Overall decent value for the money.
